It’s super sweet and light, even without any added sugar. Watermelon cubes and kiwi slices make for a playful display, so this would be a great dessert for a party or potluck mid-summer.

1 and 1/2 cups watermelon cubes

1 well-ripened banana

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen mango

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings: sliced kiwi and small watermelon cubes

Method: blend and serve with toppings arranged in any design you wish!
