Ingredients:
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 frozen banana, chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup almond milk (or other milk)
2 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 tbsp flax and/or hemp seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
4 dried dates, pitted and chopped (optional)
Pinch of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and ginger
Toppings: coconut yogurt, toasted pecans, granola.
Method: blend until seeds are completely dissolved (use ground seeds if blender is low power). Pour into two bowls and add toppings. Enjoy!
