Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup frozen mango
1 ripe avocado (pitted and peeled)
1 and 1/2 cups oat milk or almond milk
2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
Handful fresh spinach
1 tbsp hemp, flax, or chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
Toppings: coconut yogurt, sliced kiwi, frozen grapes, and shredded coconut.
Method: Freeze grapes and banana the night before. Blend ingredients until seeds and greens are completely dissolved (use ground seeds if blender is low power). Pour into two bowls and add toppings. Enjoy!
